1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ProfileCart, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

ProfileCart is a professional discovery platform that enables:

  • Professionals to create structured profiles showcasing their skills, experience, and availability.
  • Recruiters to search, filter, and directly contact professionals for hiring purposes.

ProfileCart is not a job board. We do not post jobs, accept applications, or guarantee employment.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and profile.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use ProfileCart.
  • One person may maintain only one account.

4. Professional Profiles

  • Professionals consent to displaying their profile information publicly when their profile visibility is set to "Publicly Visible."
  • Publicly visible data includes: first name & last initial, professional title, skills, experience, expected salary range, work mode, location, education, and portfolio links.
  • Current salary and full contact details are never displayed publicly.
  • Professionals can hide their profile or delete their account at any time.

5. Recruiter Conduct

  • Recruiters may only use professional contact information for legitimate hiring purposes.
  • Recruiters must not spam, harass, or misuse professional data obtained through ProfileCart.
  • Scraping, bulk downloading, or automated extraction of profile data is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Providing false or misleading information in your profile
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
  • Scraping or harvesting data from ProfileCart
  • Using ProfileCart for spam, phishing, or unsolicited marketing

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of ProfileCart is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, all your profile data will be permanently removed.

9. Disclaimer

ProfileCart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will receive job offers or find suitable candidates. We are not responsible for the outcome of any recruiter-professional interaction facilitated through our platform.
